Pricing
SEO pricing
Most Sydney SEO agencies will not publish prices. I do, because you should be able to decide whether to call before you call. All prices exclude GST.

Why there is no $500 package
A senior consultant’s time costs what it costs. $500 a month buys about three hours, which is not enough to do anything that moves rankings, and several Australian pricing guides now call it a warning sign. If your budget is under $1,000 a month, the audit plus doing the work yourself is the better buy, and I will tell you that on the first call.
What affects the price
How competitive your terms are, how many locations you have, the state of the site, and how much content needs writing. The two retainers cover the common cases. Anything outside them is quoted after the audit, fixed before we start.
Capacity
I take a maximum of three retainer clients at a time. If I am full I will tell you straight away and put you on a short waitlist rather than take your money. Audits and training are not capped in the same way, but are scheduled in order.
Questions
Is there a set-up fee?
No. The audit is the set-up, and it is priced on its own.
How do I pay?
Audits and training are invoiced up front. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Card or bank transfer; tax invoices from Frequency Consulting Pty Ltd showing GST.
What happens if we stop?
After the three-month minimum, 30 days notice either way. You keep every page, link, profile and report. Nothing is held hostage.
Do you work with agencies or white label?
On request. Agencies that need senior SEO work without a senior hire can use the audit or hourly consulting.
Are these prices GST inclusive?
No. All prices on this site exclude GST; invoices add 10%.
