SEO audit Sydney · $1,500 fixed

SEO audit and 90-day roadmap

Every SEO engagement should start with an audit, and you should be able to buy the audit on its own. This one is fixed price, takes ten business days, and ends with a list you can act on whether or not you hire me to do it.

What I check

Five parts, every time. The weighting changes with the site; the list does not.

The five areas an SEO audit checks: reach and understand, speed and usability, content and intent, local presence, and competitors and links.
01

Can Google reach and understand it

Crawling, indexing, redirects, sitemap, robots, canonicals, duplicate pages, structured data, and what Search Console is already telling you.

02

Is it fast and usable

Core Web Vitals on real mobile conditions, page weight, scripts you do not need, layout shifts, accessibility basics, and the contact path on a phone.

03

Does the content match what people search for

Keyword and intent mapping, thin or duplicate pages, pages that compete with each other, expertise and trust signals, calls to action.

04

Local presence

Business Profile completeness and activity, citations, reviews, location pages, and how you compare in the map pack for your core terms.

05

Competitors and links

Who ranks for your terms and why, what their pages do that yours do not, and what your link profile looks like against theirs.

What you receive

Report, roadmap, walkthrough

A written report. A prioritised 90-day roadmap with effort estimates. A 45-minute walkthrough call. A recorded video of me going through your site. The raw data.

Price and timing

What you receive from the audit: a report, a prioritised roadmap table with effort ratings, and a walkthrough video.

What happens after

Timeline in weeks: a 2-week audit, 4 to 6 weeks of fixes, then ongoing build.
  1. 01Do it yourselfThe roadmap is written for an owner or an in-house marketer. Many clients stop here and that is fine.
  2. 02Your developer does itI brief them, answer questions and check the result.
  3. 03I do itThe Implementation Sprint, from $2,500 ex GST, four to six weeks, with the audit fee credited. Then a retainer only if it makes sense.

Questions

Why pay for an audit when agencies offer free ones?

A free audit is a sales tool: an automated scan with a pitch attached. This one is ten days of a senior consultant’s time, and the roadmap is yours whether you hire me afterwards or not. It is priced below the $2,000 to $5,000 that Australian guides report for comparable audits.

What do you need from me?

Access to Google Search Console and your analytics (or permission to set them up), a short call about your business and your best customers, and a list of the competitors you worry about.

Will the audit tell me if SEO is a waste of money for my business?

Yes. Sometimes the honest answer is that paid search or a better website would do more. You will get that answer in writing.

Does the audit cover my Google Business Profile?

Yes, local presence is one of the five parts. If you have more than one location, each profile is checked.

Next step

Ready to see what is holding your site back?

Send the enquiry form or call. I will confirm availability the same business day, and the audit starts as soon as access is in place.
